I saw this @timehop today and just had to share. Many hours were spent playing contra with @adewolejimi using every iota of #teamwork, #communication and hand eye #coordination skills we had to beat the final level 😂

Oh look it's February!
Take a deep breath, no one has mastered time travel (yet) 😂. For now all the control lies in how you use the 24 hours in you day.

Take your #goals and break them down into tiny steps you can take repeatedly to get you closer. And if you miss a step, try again.

The important thing is to relish the hour you are currently in and appreciate the people you share it with. Oh and also know you will set goals that you won't be able to achieve. It's still more #fulfilling having them than not. ✌🏿

When I think back, I remember most of that time as being spent on completing errands that might interrupt any coding/otherwise sessions I had planned. Learned that the universe still throws those at you regardless of your schedule and flexibility is an essential life skill.

What strategies do you have for engaging in work that requires intense focus for hours on end?
